Ok guys it’s almost weigh in time for Feb 15th. We have had quite a few people already miss two weigh ins. It was pretty well stated everywhere that you can’t miss more that two in a row. We did have a few people on the second weigh in come in a few days late but they did weigh in. If anyone has a problem with those few weighing in late let make it known. I am not going to make all decisions as this is a group deal.
It needs to be stated. The final weigh in is a hard deadline. No late weigh ins because there is the possibility of losing more after others have weighed in. Also final weigh in will have a very detailed passcode that must be on the weigh in. We have been pretty lenient with the weigh ins so far.
Sorry i have been out of pocket the last few weeks. But i am getting back on it. Here we go.

Sounds good. An option can be we must have at least 8-9 weigh ins with the final being in by noon on the last day.

I dont have a big issue with it, but I think 9 weigh ins should be the minimum to be eligible to win the money. Also maybe if someone has already missed a weigh in maybe give them a 48 hr period or DQ. I know everyone has things happen in life but it's not really that hard to take 2 minutes and snap a pic.

Last weighin has to be set in stone. As for the others i think 48 hours to a week of the date are good. I will be out of civilization and phone/tv/radio service this weekend but will snap a picture late 16th.

I don’t have an issue with those that weigh in late during the competition. The goal is for everyone to maintain and continue their progress. I want as many to stick with it as possible. That being said, I think it needs to be reasonable out of respect to the other participants. I think 48 hours after the weigh in date is plenty of time.
Definite hard date on final weigh in and I would set a cut off time. Noon, 2PM, something in order to maintain fairness.
