We got some dudes that are absolutely killing it! 5 guys that have weighed in so far have lost 8% or more from their original weight. Ricky and RW are pushing 11%!!! That’s incredible.
You guys that have had some missteps... the important part is you’re still here being accountable. Commit to the lifestyle changes and continue to lose weight! You all can do this!
