Ok guys.. Time is here to do another weigh in.. Remember you cant skip two weigh ins in a row.. We all get busy and I understand sometimes you just forget. But Its not too much to ask to make at least every other weigh in..
For this weigh in just write your user name/name and then #fatcamp , in honor of one of the best movies ever Heavyweights lol. After this weigh in Ill post up the spread sheet again for everyone to check..

Awesome job fellas! Couple of y’all are up over 8% lost already. That’s incredible! After starting my lifestyle change (diets aren’t permanent and wording is important) late on Jan 6th, I had the big initial Keto water weight loss and then have been on a steady 2lb/week weight loss since. At that rate, I should hit my target weight right around the end of this challenge. Very happy with the progress and haven’t cheated at all. Difficult with my wife not on board when she’s eating desserts and whataburger and drinking Dr Pepper, but I’m staying strong. I can’t make her change with me, but much like Faith, leading by example will hopefully spark some change.
We had our men’s ministry retreat with my church last weekend. Had to bring a lot of my own food to stay on my plan, but managed around it pretty easily. One of the talks was about small wins. Of course it was in reference to your walk with Christ, but it’s applicable here as well. Set yourself up to make small wins daily. Small wins lead to new behaviors and long term changes. Best of luck to all you guys and I can’t wait to see the total weight shed by this group in July!
