started good but fell off the diet pretty quickly. At least the workouts are progressing! Deer season over now should be easier to tighten up the diet going forward.

Around 50, but I think less than 40 have submitted a weigh in for 1/15.

I hope everyone is doing better than me. Like I posted earlier, I totally jumped off the wagon the day we did our weigh in. I got back on the next day and did great Thursday and Friday. I just weighed myself for the first time and I am still not back down to what I weighed on the 15th. Lesson learned I guess but very frustrating. Yesterday (Monday) was the first day that I was back under the weight that I was before I dove head first off the wagon for the day. Talk about motivation to stay on it this time. I hope everyone is sticking with it and doing good.
BTW, I added two more columns to the spreadsheet I am using for myself. Total pounds lost and Pounds to goal. Feel free to use it if you think it will help keep you motivated. Weight Loss Tracker.xlsx (17.61 KB)

Wayne Orchard 255 lb. I just looked on the spreadsheet that has the percentage of weight lose and looks like it doesn't have my 2nd weigh in above. No-Tox = Wayne Orchard

Love the spreadsheet. How do you change the weight in the graph on the side to correspond to your goal weight?

Click on the graph Right click select "format axis" set the min and max bounds to whatever you want.

Well I have clearly dropped the ball on this. I haven’t logged in in a while. Can or do I still post my weight?
