My wife has been working out and "clean eating" for 2 years now...i have not jumped on the bandwagon until now, so I'm trying to just eat what she does and get up and ride the exercise bike for 25 minutes each morning. Kinda hard right now with basketball season and all my late hours and fast food dinners on game nights, but i've been eating salads and not cheeseburgers and fries like normal... I honestly don't know how much down I am yet, haven't stepped on scales since the weighin! I want it to be a surprise!haha Will try and hit the exercise routine a bit more once basketball is over in a couple weeks.

Tomorrow’s the big day. I won’t bet that I have lost the most weight, but I will be very happy for the people who have lost more than me. I have had excellent diet control except for a friends kids birthday party Sunday before last.
Good luck to everyone and remember it’s a marathon not a sprint.

This is what I have to keep remembering. I am down quite a bit for only 15 days in. The weight drop is going to slow down now for me. My goal now is just 5-7 pounds a month from here on out. That puts me right where I want to be. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I didn’t start my diet (wait we don’t call it that. It’s a lifestyle change) until last Monday so I’m only 8 days in. Sticking to it hasn’t been an issue as of yet. I’m keeping a journal of recipes I try that I like so I can come back to them easily. I’m using the Carb Manager app to keep track of my macros. It really helps me meal plan and stay on track. My wife is not on board. That’s probably been the hardest thing on me. I’m only weighing myself on our official weigh in dates, so I don’t know where I’m at yet, but I know I’ve lost. My wife has noticed and I can tell in my face, belly, and how my clothes fit. Looking forward to continuing this journey with you fellas.

One thing I’ve noticed. My weight has not dropped that much but my clothes fit better and my belt is one notch shorter

I didn’t change my diet till the 6th. But I’m happy with the results so far. And feeling much better. Still need to do a better job of getting more water in consistently. It sure does make a difference. Best of luck to everyone tomorrow!

I did not get started until the 4th but have good results so far about 4%. I like the long length of this challenge. Plan is the cut some serious weight early with multi-day fast and keto then ease into a diet I can live with long term.

I am down a few pounds already and really only need to lose 5 pounds a month from here out to reach my goal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m trying to get down to a certain number and then switch over to a maintenance plan that I can stick to and get more gym time to get lean. I’ve yet to hit the gym yet and trying to get eating down well first. Easier said than done. So far so good. Had a little alcohol, but instead of Rum or Bourbon it’s been Vodka/Tonic with Lime or a few low cal beers with water in between every few beers.

We have a vegas trip then. That way I can eat bad a couple of days without completely screwing up all my work. Then after that I will have 10# more or so to lose for the end Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Only changed my diet a little this first week. Started on the 8th. Lost 6 lbs which isn't bad. Cut out sodas and sweet tea. Trying to cut carbs but bread sure tastes good. Hopefully I can start some cardio in the next coming weeks to keep losing weight. Some of y'all are killing it already. Great job and keep it going.
