For me it's very simple. Intake less than 2,000 calories per day, no sweet tea (hardest part), and don't eat after 6 pm and I will lose it pretty dang fast. Last spring I dropped about 35 lbs just going by those rules within a couple of months.
One thing that keeps me going as far as activity is my Garmin Bluetooth watch. It keeps track of steps, miles, calories burned, sleep, minutes per day of heightened heart rate, etc. It's a good way to measure how active you are. Luckily as a steel fabricator in a small shop, I'm moving around most days and get to 10,000 steps by 3:00 or so.

I finally found a lunch I actually like.
Rice with lime and cilantro Deer backstrap cut into chunks with sautéed mushrooms Heb green sauce and Valentino hot sauce

I'm off to a slow start. Haven't weighed, but I bet I've gained. I like curt's idea. I have MTC oil, I am familiar with keto...trying to be zero dairy due to wife having to be no dairy while nursing our son. That'll be tough. I gotta make a change though.

I know we aren’t doing weigh ins until the 15th but how is it going for everyone?? I’m down 7 pounds already by just not eating shit and not drinking. Work outs start this week. Going to SALATA on Louetta today for late lunch. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, fresh squeezed orange juice for HEB, and wheat toast (gotta change to whole wheat or no toast).

I'm doing something very similar, I'm a landscaper so I'm moving alot as well so far so good. The sweet tea is a killer as I hate water lol
