I was close. On treadmill yesterday nice easy wam up at 2.7 mph and an incline on slight. Then lowered to 1% and up the speed. Knee popped and buckled and still can’t put weight on it. Got an appointment with Orthopedic Tuesday.

Well I did good through the 6th, then went to the ranch for 4 days, came back from the ranch and been quarantined every since due to contact with Covid. So I ain’t done so well.

I’m down around 10# but I have been slacking. Meal prep is the hardest thing for me. I don’t mind eating it if it’s already cooked for me but dang it’s hard to make so many healthy meals

Im down around 14#. I think the biggest thing is not eating out near as much and ive been a lot more active. But lve been slacking a lot compared to the first week, so im very surprised im still losing weight to be honest.

I'm down 14 but was hoping for 20. Been stuck at 221 for over 9 days or so. Ordered some training swim fins on Amazon to try and shock my body. I think the daily 10+ mile bike rides and walking 2 or 3 miles daily have become normal to my metabolism. 🥴 I'm still eating right but still learning more about my carb intake.
