Good luck fellas almost the last month finish strong. I’m experiencing some medical difficulties and not sure if I will make a solid finish. Severe chest pains. I had a EKG and chest X-ray today. Have to money with cardiologist on Monday

Man, hate to hear that Rick. I just drew bloodwork this morning for my annual physical. Curious to see the difference in my results from the weight loss and diet. Prayers up for you brother for a positive outcome.

Thanks fellas. Got echo cardio gram and heart CT hopefully Thursday. If echo is a no go we will do a heart cath.

My test came back good. A little cholesterol buildup so I got some meds. Dr said I can work out again. 11 days to get it done

This is it. The home stretch. Not where I wanted to be percent wise but better than nothing. The last couple weeks have been tough.

It’s been tough. Seems like I’m losing and gaining the same couple pounds the last month. But overall I feel much better. Best of luck everyone!
